The Euro Team
Several years ago, the thought of creating the Euro team was
only a vision for Jim Cunningham and Brendan Charters. Together
they developed a small construction company into one of
Ontario's most prestigious design build firms. Longing for a
new challenge, coupled with the desire to leave their personal
stamps on the projects they built, Brendan and Jim knew the time
had arrived. They grabbed hold of their tireless quest for
quality and perfection and leapt into the Toronto marketplace
giving birth to the new Eurodale Era. Below is a brief bio of
some of the key members of the crew.

As an Architectural
Technologist, Jim takes a set of plans and turns them
into a tight and efficient project schedule with clear
milestones and objectives. His nine years of industry
experience ensures a smooth transition from the planning
stage to the building stage. Jim employs a firm
understanding of the industry to ensure your project runs
smoothly from the beginning to the very end. |

Manager–Brendan Charters

Having entered
the industry as a Carpenter, Brendan has the ability to
visualize each and every step of the project. Brendan is
responsible for all Eurodale customer relations. With a
keen sense of traditional building practices as well as the
newest techniques and ideas, Brendan brings insight and
experience to your project. He helps you to make the
critical budget- impacting decisions and helps you to reach
your design and construction objectives. |

Office
Manager–Alberto Anabalon

As a construction engineer, Alberto developed his skill sets
in large scale construction projects with the family
business in Chile, South America. His precision and
execution of tracking and other tasks is militaristic in
nature. His exacting attention to detail ensures every
Eurodale project flows through the same standard operating
procedures from start to completion. No matter the scope or
scale of the task, Alberto will ensure it is performed to
the letter. His breadth of knowledge in construction and
proactive approach to the business helps to propel Eurodale
forward as the professional industry leading design-build
firm. |

Technical
Support Manager–Sean Doomernick |

Sean has been a key factor in the success of Eurodale's web
page design. He has directed cutting edge to meet
simplicity. Sean also carries extensive knowledge for
technology and the benefits to the workplace. This allows
Eurodale to be on top of current and up coming computer
advancements, helping to keep us one step ahead of the
industry. The most current implementation by Sean has been
outfitting our company with PDA's for a constant flow of
communication. |

With the
experience of over 200 home designs under his belt.
Fernando has created a name for himself in the design
industry. He is precise and devoted to each individual job
the combination equals an excellent product. Fernando will
transform your custom dreams into structural realities. |

Carpenter Foreman–Blair Steel |

Blair loves to tend to the details. He cares for each and
every aspect of the project as if it were for his own home.
With over 20 years of carpentry experience, Blair sees each
project as a new challenge. Knowing that each part of the
project was planned and executed with precision, Blair can
move on knowing that he has left his mark of excellence
behind. |

Jorge’s positive attitude is one that keeps everyone going
on site. When things seem tough, he’s the first one to grab
a tool to get it moving. Jorge’s clients are always pleased

Newest member to the Eurodale team Wesley brings a proven
track record of a job well done. He is devoted to each and
every job like it was his own home. Methodical in his process
he strives for perfection at every turn the first time.

Lead Carpenters
The day we arrive on site, we introduce you to your day-to-day
contact. Eurodale Lead carpenters are modeled after the old site
foreman. This group of individuals is committed to on-site
management, as well as daily decisions and liaisons between the
customer and Eurodale. They also ensure that all trades meet our
project plan and high level of detail. The Lead Carpenter reports
directly to the Production Manager who rates his on site abilities
in relation to the overall experience of the client.
Sub-Trades and Suppliers
We are fortunate enough to have the luxury of working with the best
trades people in the G.T.A. Our expert project management, accurate
scheduling, and strong leadership coupled with rapid payment
provides the trades with an easy and enjoyable workplace. As we all
know, when people are happy, they will work that little bit harder.
That’s what makes the difference!
Eurodale approved suppliers are selected based on a few factors.
We require a single point of contact, preferential treatment, and
fair pricing for all our customers. If they are able couple all of
that with a great product, then we ad them to our “shelf”. Enjoy the
benefits of working with our pre-approved suppliers, or shop at your
own favorite store…the choice is yours.
