"We just recently completed a very large project in East York that cut the existing 1- 1/2 storey home in half and removed the roof top. The rest was gutted. We built a very large 2 storey addition with a 10 ft deep basement which houses a mixed martial arts studio. The completed project looks like a new home, seamlessly transitioning from old to new."

The profile of the project is modernist, with flat or slightly tilted rooflines placed over each component.
