SARAH BALTARE | Architectural Designs & New Home Management
 |
Sarah Baltare is the lead Architectural Designer at Eurodale. She creates the framework for the project from the first sketches to the final permit drawings along with the direction and needs of the owner. She is also in charge of the field inspections for all New Home projects. Scheduling of trades, liaising with city inspectors, engineers, architects and designers coupled with our quality control inspections is a major part of her tasks.

JIM CUNNINGHAM | Field Production
 |
Jim Cunningham is in charge of all renovation and addition project production schedules. He handles the daily field schedule and inspections and is your liaison between the tradesmen and the work occurring on site. Jim also handles all changes to the contracts for extra work required or requested. As an owner of the business, he can make the critical decisions that keep projects moving forward.

Alberto Anabalon handles all relations from the office to the field. Material orders, allocation tracking, project detail research and office to field coordination of the flow of project details. All trade selection and quotations and pre-field scheduling are handled through his hands.

LEAD CARPENTER | Schedule To Determine

Your Lead Carpenter will be determined prior to your project starting. You will meet him or her at the pre-construction meeting and they will carry the work forward on a daily basis. They will be your point of contact on progress, decisions required and site specific details relating to your project. They also oversee any assistant carpenters and specialty trades actively involved in your project since they are on site daily and in charge of the site while work is being performed. |

Ensuring the corporation is run at its highest level is critical to the success of every renovation project. The balancing of funds, rapid trade and supplier payment and resource flow tracking has been handled by Paula since the inception of Eurodale. With a long history of financial management for the owners and their family, Paula's critical eye for financial management has created a solid backbone for your project investment.
